Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

Its not advisable to start Physiotherapy in case of pain due to trauma.
I am only worried of pain radiating from your back going down to thigh. It definitely calls for good physical rest.

I would suggest you the following which will definitely be helpful
1. Good bed rest: It is very much important
2. Mobility within constraints of pain
3. Hot water fomentation to area of pain
4. Analgesic like Ibuprofen will be helpful in relieving pain

If the radiating pain persist in the thigh and leg along with numbness, consult your Physician to rule out the possibility of prolapsed intervertebral disc as the cause for symptoms.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
