Brief Answer:
Most probably a sprain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern, however I need more information for a more accurate diagnosis. When did this pain start? Do you have pain at night? Can you recall any kind of trauma prior to this kind of pain? Does advil help with the pain? Did the chiropractor's treatment bring any relief? Do you suffer from any chronic conditions? Do you take medications for other conditions? if yes, please mention their names.

From the little information you have provided, and given that you feel the pain only when walking I am assuming it is a muscle problem or a sprain and it should get better with antiinflammatory pain killers such as Advil, cold packs and rest. If not, a physical examination will be necessary for further evaluation.

If you could kindly answer the above questions I will be able to better assist you.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
x ray needed

Detailed Answer:

I recommend you try Aleve or Voltaren and ice packs for the pain. Yes, assuming this is a sprain or muscle inflammation, the tub would also help.

Any sprain pain must have subsided at least a little bit after 10 days, so if you think there has not been any pain reduction at all ever since it first appeared, I think you should get a physical exam and probably an x ray, depending on the findings.

I hope this helps.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
