Brief Answer:
get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
It will be helpful if you mention some more information like :-
1. Does your pain has any relation with-change in posture, eating food?
2. Any history of injury or heavy weight lifting?
3. Any burning sensation in urine?

Without complete medical history and an opportunity to examine you, I will not be able to arrive at a conclusive diagnosis. Therefore I would order for the following tests to be done under care of your physician.
1. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
3. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
4. Urine examination.
5. Stool examination.

You can use a painkiller like paracetamol 500mg along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg and Domperidone 30mg for relief from your symptoms. A probiotic will have added benefits.
Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also take care of your hydration.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

1. change in posture affects the pain & eating makes me more nauseated.
2. No injury or heavy weight lifting. No incidents at all before onset
3. No burning sensation in urine but pain in same area while urinating & urine has an odor.

Im trying to avoid a Dr. Appt & expensive testing if its sciatic issues that can't be treated. Wouldnt i need to present a fever to have kidney issues?

Brief Answer:
urine examination is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the urinary tract ( UTI ). A urine examination including routine/microscopic and culture / sensitivity test will be helpful in knowing the causative organism and the appropriate antibiotic for the treatment.
In mild infection, fever may sometimes not be present. Still I will advise for temperature recordings 2-3 times daily for few days.
You can take the treatment advised earlier till you get the reports of the previously mentioned investigations.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
