Brief Answer:
Possible heart condition

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned about a hot and achy feeling in the back of your chest. I would be concerned here that you may be having a heart attack. Women do not experience the same pain as men when it comes to heart attacks. Women can have back pain or neck pain. I would recommend that you go to an emergency room immediately for evaluation. I may be jumping to conclusions but I would err on the side of caution and be sure nothing dangerous is going on here
