Question: Hi, For the past few months, I have pain in the 2nd and 3rd toes of my right foot, and at the back (above the ankle) on my left foot. What could it be and what is the medication I can take?

From description pain over your foot and toes seems to be inflammatory in nature. It could be bursitis or acute attack of gout.
Do icing. Give rest to your foot and take antiinflammatory drug as advised by your doctor.
