Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testis

default
Posted on Mon, 12 Jan 2015
Question: Hello doctor
i had a case with you before
i was asking about pain in my testis

you asked me to do the doppler and it showed me no varicocel and no epididymis in my right testis, the left had very light epididymis and 3mm varicocele

i took antibiotic again and i went to doctor here he said i have no more epididymis and varicocele is only 3 mm just neglect it

Now
I still have a problem in my right testis
from time to time i see something over my right testis and when this happens it causes me breathing very fast and very high and this happens when i wear jeans only , if i am wearing like short or sitting on ground this will never happen

is it harnia , or any thing related to testis could be causing the same given that last doppler has shown that right testis is completely ok

Brief Answer:
Palpitation and difficulty in breathing could be due to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have neither Varicocele nor Epididymitis on Rt side which has proved on colour Doppler Ultrasound scan of scrotum.
In a given situation the pain in Rt testis with palpitation and difficulty in breathing could be due to pressure over Rt testicle by a tight XXXXXXX and anxiety.

Please wear loose pants and inner wear for couple of days and observe for any difference and improvement in your symptoms. This can not be due to Hernia which could have been detected on clinical examination and ultrasound scanning.

You can take pain killers like Diclofenac twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you.
Thanks and Regards.
