Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicles
Question: Hello,
I went to a walk in clinic had the doctor check my testicles and said they look great. No swelling etc. urine tests for STD and infection as well and it was all good.
It's like an ache for 5 seconds on just the right testicle. Not the pain that really hurts but more aggravated. Sometimes when the pain hits (sometimes but rare) the right side of my stomach as well will have a tightness slightly at the exact same time.
I've noticed if I elevate my scrotum at night it will help a little I believe.
It's my right testicle. Sometimes (kind of rare) a day after masturbation it will ache off and on. I usually take Aleve and it helps. It can last 3-4 days. What is the cause of this? Thanks.

As per your description, the pain could be due to Infection of the Testis (Orchitis) or Twisting of the Testis(Torsion).Both these conditions can be differentiated by Ultrasound scrotum.
If infection is present, you need an Antibiotic and Anti inflammatory tablet.If Torsion is suspected, surgery has to be done to FIX the Testis.
Please consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound scrotum.
