Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are twofold, loss of testicular sensation and ED.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

You're having two problems.
1. feeling of loss of sensation over both the testes.
2. ED(erectile dysfunction) since 2 days.

You'll need to get examined by an Urologist,to check sensation over the testes.
He'll also check your genitalia, for any obvious cause for ED.

You can get an expert opinion from me,by answering following :
1. Move both the testes up and down, then leave it. Do you feel the movements ?
2. Gently squeeze the two testes. Do you feel any discomfort or pain ?
If the answer to the queries above is positive, then the sensation is normal.
Your testes are having normal sensation and you don't need to worry.
If not, then you will need some tests to find the cause for it.

Now for ED, answer the following queries :
1. Do you see early morning erections.
2. Are you able to masturbate normally with ejaculation ?
3. Are you able to have sex with other partners normally,if at all.?
4. Have you ever had similar symptoms any time in the past.?
5. Have you tried any medication, like Viagra for this.?
6. Are you on any other medication, like for high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.?

After receiving your reply,i can give an expert opinion regarding further treatment.
Wish you well.

I see movements after I move it up/down.I dont feel pain or discomfort after squeezing. I dont feel pain with a light flick to them.
I haven't had early morning erections the last 3-4 days. I masterbated yesterday and it felt very weak. it was not a very strong erection as normal. I did wear tight jeans while I had an erection for a long time when I was talking with my girl. it felt discomforting, when I took my jeans off the day before.
I dont have any medications and didn't use Viagra. I haven't had sex before.

Brief Answer:
Testicular sensation needs an Urologists examination and some tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Your testicular sensation needs to be examined.
The other tests to be done are :
1. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT,FSH,testosterone and platelets.
2. ultrasound doppler scan of scrotum.
These reports will help in giving an expert opinion regarding cause and treatment.

You've haven't written if you had an ejaculation after masturbation.
Are you able to get an arousal with erotic stimulation.
Your statement of getting an erection for a long time, with tight jeans, while talking to your girl is highly suggestive though.

Awaiting your reply.

Brief Answer:
It's more of a psychogenic ED.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

In masturbation, there'll be an ejaculation only with rigid erection, which's sustained for some time.
As you did have an ejaculation,it implies you're having a normal erection.
The ED is mainly of a psychogenic origin.
You don't need to feel scared.

You should start exercising daily for about an hour.
Meditation and yoga also help in many cases.
Have 8 hours sleep daily.
You should take regular timely meals.

Gradually you'll see the change.
Some need to have some counselling sessions.
Wish you well.
