Brief Answer:
Ibuprofen if it suits. Scrotal support

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you are not sure whether there is swelling or not but pain is there I would advise you to take Ibuprofen also if it suits you. Continue Fevadol.
No need and use of ice compression now.
Also use scrotal support.
See the results.
Please let me know if there are any other symptoms?

Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Well, Ibuprofen can be taken with the above mentioned medicines.
Take with a PPI like Omeprazole to avoid acidity related problems.
Fevadol has far lesser effect than Ibuprofen.
Since the left side is swollen before the accident, it is prudent to have ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum to know the exact diagnosis.
It looks the dumbbell hurt the thigh more than the testicle.

Thanks , i will try Ibuprofen or tylenol . but i heard one of testicle should be larger than other . is this normal because another doctor said"One testicle is often slightly larger than the other. This is usually normal and nothing to worry about. However, if you notice that one testicle has enlarged you should ask your doctor to check it. The left testicle usually hangs lower than the right one.
"
?
Can i try Ibuprofen for one week to see if it's help
if not i will try go and see the doctor ?
and do you think is it necessary to go see the doctor because i am shy to go see the doctor and i am now out side of usa and my insurance works only inside usa and i won't be back after 3 weeks ? and do you think my situation is dangerous ?

or can cause Infertility?

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Both the testicles may not be equal but this is not easily noticeable on palpation. If there is a visual or palpable difference in size, this should be investigated.
Left testicle hangs lower than the normal as a natural variation, but his does not apply for the size.
High resolution ultrasound with color doppler examination is the best diagnostic tool; please ask for the consultation of a General Surgeon or an Urologist in the country you are staying in and cost of Ultrasound with color doppler and if you can get these done.
Surely, try Ibuprofen for a week.
Why shy at the age of 30?
Dangerous or causing infertility can be decided only on investigations as mentioned above and a semen test.

I hope this answers your queries.

I went 4 times to ER and I did nuclear stress test at rest and while running on treadmill , ECHO , EKG , chest x ray and two CT chest and all were normal. The cardiology want do last test CT coronary ango and he said if this test is normal means my heart is fine but i am concern about the radiation because i did many tests and the side effect of this test . Is it necessary to do this test ?

I forgot to mention the chest discomfort always at rest

Brief Answer:
Costochondritis or fibromyalgia also to be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Since all the tests are normal, the most probable cause can be costochondritis or fibromyalgia which in turn may be due to anxiety and/or stress.
Does the local pressure on sore area increase the pain?
Any activity, particularly one that needs forward movements of the upper limbs or inwards movements increase the pains?
Any other factors that increase the pains?
Consult your Doctor to ask about MRI angio since you are concerned about radiation in CT angio.

Brief Answer:
Please go ahead with angiography

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since there is ''no'' to my questions, it is better to go ahead with Angiography. This will confirm the cause or rule it out.
I think there may be lots of stress and/or anxiety being one of the reasons for such pains.
Please give the feedback once angio is done.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
You are 30 years old with pain in chest - discomfort in heart area. This is sufficient reason for the test and the most important is that it is advised by your Doctor as he/she would have a suspicion.
Best to rule out so that nothing remains in mind about cardiac problem being the possible cause of your symptoms.
Please discuss with your Doctor about the availability of other forms of cardiac angiography like MRI angiography in which there is no radiation or the conventional one in which there is not much of radiation.
Infection, irregular heart beats and bleeding are very rare complications so not to worry about these much.
Please discuss again with the Doctor who has advised and follow his advise as he has done the clinical evaluation in your case.
