Firstly the back pain and hip pain you are having we need to see the exact reason...If it is an age-related thing or related to arthritis as management will change accordingly...I will ask you a few queries.. Do let me know as it will help me narrow down the diagnosis
1. When is the pain more ..on walking or at rest as well
2. any difficulty in turning position in bed
3. How do you feel in the mornings when you wake up
4 Do you have psoriasis as well
5. any blood test you have done?
6 any medicines tried yet
