Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

At this point, you have been doing appropriate treatment with the application of heat/cold, rest and support.
You can consider using the heat more than the ice at this stage, in many cases, the cold therapy is applied after the initial injury and heat is used after the first few days.

The heat therapy should be applied 3 to 4 times daily for 15 to 20 mins.

Anti inflammatory medications, if you can use these, should be added if they are not already being used eg naproxen, ibuprofen. They should be used consistently for at least 4 days, longer if needed.

Strapping the foot or applying a bandage to it , may also be helpful as well.

Though you are staying off the foot as much as possible you may need to consider the use of a cane or a single crutch to further reduce any pressure on the foot when you are ambulating. Need as little force as possible applied to the foot for as long as possible.

It can unfortunately take 6 to 8 weeks for soft tissue injuries to be repaired but if there is no improvement, you may need to see your doctor for further assessment

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
