Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testies And Scrotum

Question: Pain in right testies aimed since last seven months scrotum ecg and utra sound revealed mild hydrocele in right testes and cyst. in a region of left cord and in cbc eosinphil 20 count dr. Put me on hetrazen 100 two tablets trice a day for 15 days after 15 days eosinophil count is now comedown to 13 again I m on hetrazen how long it will take to normalise and any diet or precution in daily life require my age is 46 years male married having one child of 16 years now

You have secondary hydrocele on Rt side and Spermatocele on Lt side with funiculitis and have been prescribed Hetrazan .

You have to continue Hetrazan for a period of 6 weeks by this time your Eosinophil count will come down to 5-6 .

There are no dietary restrictions .

started doxy first day 2 and 1 tab daily hetrazen 1 X dose daily . Filariasis can treated, control or cure once the eosinphil come down the treatment of hetrazen continue . before starting doxy course. I had sex with my spouse and now my penis is infected what is the reason behind that any treatment

Infection in penis after sex is mostly due to reaction to acidic secretion of vagina due to infection (Vaginitis).

Get her checked by Gynecologist and take necessary treatment if required,

Sir filariasis infections heal completely or any will any complications in future I have to continue hetrazen or stop it when eosinphil come down
