Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,

Thanks for consultig Healthcare magic .
This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your quey .

I have Read your query and understand your concern . As far regular pain tooth is concerned it is due to caries . See what happened is when caries reaches the pulp third layer of tooth then there is regular pain and it increases on drinking cold water and taking food . There is nothing to be worried so much XXXXXXX for this I will suggest you to consult good oral surgeon and go for clinical examination of tooth and investigation Intraoral periapical xray of tooth and go for treatment. If IOPA xray reveals pulp exposure then treatment plan will be Root canal treatment .

Inmeantime you can take some measures which include : Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day . Maintain proper oral hygiene . Use chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly. For pain you can take medicine like Ketrol Dt or zerodol SP (if you are not allergic) .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help .
