Brief Answer:
Arthritis, Pseudoarthrosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have any tingling or numbness?

Does your upper back and shoulder hurt ?

You could be developing arthritis of the spine. Other possibility could be a complication of the fusion surgery where the union isn't Complete and some XXXXXXX segments are present, causing the pain called Pseudoarthrosis.

Apply hot water bag to the back of the neck. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Take pain killer muscle relaxant like Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals. Sleep with a pillow which isn't very thick or thin but just right and isn't causing any neck pain.

Get an Xray OF your cervical spine to look for arthritis or Pseudoarthrosis.

Kindly follow up with me in this regard.
