Brief Answer:
possible congestive heart failure

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned about having increasing shortness of breath, hypertension and joint pain. These symptoms could be a result of congestive heart failure. If your blood pressure has not been well controlled then the heart gets over worked and starts to fail. This will cause difficulty breathing as your lungs begin to fill with extra fluid. The legs and neck and joints could also begin to hurt due to extra fluids throughout your body. I would recommend that you be seen today by a medical provider at your doctors office, urgent care or emergency room.

I don't think you should wait until Monday to be seen as these symptoms could be come much worse over the next few days.
