Brief Answer:
It seems to be cervical spondylosis/ cervical disc prolapse with neuropath.

Detailed Answer:

Hl
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your symptoms are likely to be due to cervical spondylosis as your old report are showing it.Your symptoms are similar to cervical spondylosis with neuropathy. Its treatment is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Glucosamine and Mecobalamin are helpful. Second possibility can be cervical disc prolapse with compressive neuropathy. It can be confirmed by MRI cervical spine. It doesn't seem to me due chest disease including lung cancer. However you can get x ray and CT scan chest to further investigate it.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Answered by Dr. Dr. Sudhir Kumar (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Unlikely to cause weakness and tiredness of leg and thigh.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
Weakness and tiredness in leg and thigh is unlikely to be due to cervical spondylosis. You are advised to get vitamin D test as vitamin D deficiency is common cause of such pain and weakness. However severe cervical spondylosis rarely can cause weakness and tiredness in leg and thigh.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.

WBC was slightly elevated. Now normal.

Hi

WBC was slightly elevated and near normal. Now it is within normal limit. This may be due to some infection.Piles problem is unlikely to cause elevated WBC.But it can be elevated if piles get infected.
