Brief Answer:
Due to nerve root compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you have described are likely to be related to a nerve root compression or irritation. A decrease in serum Vitamin B 12 levels is also a possibility. This needs methylcobalamin supplements and medicines like pregabalin and gabapentin. It is best to consult a neurologist and get a detailed evaluation done. Increasing your fluid intake will also help.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
