Brief Answer:
Re-injection infilteration with cortisone, silicone heel insole or cup

Detailed Answer:
hi
It seems you have a heel spur( a condition in which there is flaring out of bone edges which thin out and spicules or spur form which hurt and cause pain on weight bearing or walking)
You must get back to your doctor who put in injection. It is likely he injected hydrocortisone acetate with xylocain anesthetic and gave you relief for a month. This shot may need to be repeated again every month for upto 3injections.
an x ray of heel for calcaneum (name of heel bone) shoud also be done for size of spur
some doctors give ultrasonic massage therapy to heel for 10 days for additional benefit apart from hot fomentation twice a day for 10 minutes and anti-inflammatory-and pain medicines and an antibiotic soon after injection.
They prescribe silicone heel cup or silicone heel in footwear and advise to take breif breakups during walking several times and to avoid too much of weight bearing.
This may help you with the symptoms.rarely, in few cases, where these measures do not give permanent relief and if spur is big, surgical removal is undertaken
