Suggest Treatment For Pain In Head After An Injury

Question: My son was playing with the garage door and it dropped on the back of his neck. He says it hurts when he moves his head but there is no swelling or bruising and no numbness or tingling of the extremities. Do I still need to be concerned about possible cervical fracture?
