Brief Answer:
Do muscle stretching exercises.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

Pain you have seems to be due to associated muscle spasm caused by prolonged sitting and bad posture.
To relieve this muscle spasm, take frequent break from sitting. Do muscle stretching in between. Use cushion for sitting.
Doing hot fomentation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful to relieve the pain and spasm.

Hope this helps you.

Warm regards.
