Brief Answer:
dietary advice

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is very common in post partum period and occur because of altered bowel movements which were earlier under the effect of pregnancy hormones.
But in case these pains start staying for longer intervals or becomes unbearable then get an ultrasound done for whole abdomen.
She should also work on her dietary habits viz
- include more salads in it
- drink ample amounts of water or liquid like juices
- proper chewing of food
- meal schedule i.e. avoid long intervals in between meals or skipping meals.
I hope these measures will help her.
All the best.
