Question: What do you think this is? It's a little painful sometimes to the touch. It hurts a little bit while urinating.

1. Since when you have these lesions?
2. Were these lesions water filled in begining ?

I've had these since last tuesday but there were only a few at that point. Ive been waking up with more and more. This picture was taken today and it's at its worst so far. They were not water filled in the beginning. My girlfriend and I have been in a monogamous relationship for two years.

If the lesions were not filled these chances of it being herpes is less.
You have developed Bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with an antibacterial cream like mupirocine to be applied twice daily for a week.
It is safe and effective.
