Question: I am having pain while having intercourse. When inserting and after. We are using plenty of lubrication and take it slow. It also hurts after. But the main curiousity above this is when we have 4 play and i get aroused and start to produce my own fluids, it burns. About a month ago i had a pap and full work up and i am clean. I asked my gyn (who has been doing this for 30 years) and he said he had no idea, had never heard of such a thing, and it was probably in my head. A side note, depending on what my partner consumes (i.e. alcohol,spicy foods) after ejac it will burn badly. Not always though. The 4 play burning is EVERY TIME. My current fiance has been with me for 10 months. We might have had intercourse that many times. I have no desire for it. I have been tested for hormones but not by an endocrinologist, and they were "normal" but i have had PCOD most of my life. I am 35 now and up until about 5 years ago i had a healthy sex drive. The 4 play burning has been about the last 7 years. I produce alot of fluid but it is not as lubricating as it used to be which i assume is age. No infections or issues of any kind besides these. Gyn says i look very healthy down there. And of couse with the PCOD very excessive facial hair and extremely irregular periods are my main plagues.
Any ideas what could be causing this burning during 4 play? And pain during insertion?

This would cause the pain when i produce?
