Brief Answer:
Suggestive of migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and it is unfortunate to note that a proper diagnosis has not been made so far.

The most common cause of headache in your case could be migraine.

There are good medications to prevent the headaches and also to treat headaches.

Medications such as beta blockers, topiramate and flunarizine can prevent headaches in your case.

I could not find the reports, please upload them again.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
All reports are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back and sending the reports.

I agree with your doctor that all the reports including CT scan of brain are normal.

As of now, you need to start treatment as for migraine.

Preventive medication could be topiramate or flunarizine tablets.

For pain relief, you can take Naproxen or rizatriptan tablet as and when necessary.

Best wishes,

Is it really I am suffering from migrane? Is it dangerous? As per the reports everything is normal. Whether the medications I need to take life long? Pls clear my doubt.

Brief Answer:
Yes, most likely it is migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Yes, most likely it is migraine. Migraine is not a dangerous disease.

In migraine, all tests may come as normal. Only MRI of brain may show minor changes, however, we can wait for MRI now.

Medications may be needed for 3-6 months and not lifelong.

Best wishes,
