Brief Answer:
Can be inner ear infection, nose spray, inhaling, ibuprofene advisable

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient

this can be very likely be an infection of the inner ear (otitis media), this is why the ear drops you put in from outside may not be helping. Nose spray is important to open up the tube from inside, please keep applying that. Also nsaid medication like ibuprofen can help and inhaling with hot steam. However, if this doesn't help please see an ent or gp to have your ear examined, in some cases antibiotics are necessary. However, 85% heal without antibiotics.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
