Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and evaluated for carpal tunnel syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may be having symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome.
This occurs due to compression of median nerve at wrist.
You should get evaluated by blood sugar examination, Thyroid profile.
Any pregnancy or excessive weight gain?
Any joint swelling or disease?
You can get nerve conduction study.
Drugs like pregabalin, amitryptiline may help.
Some wrist exercises can be started after consulting a physiotherapist..
Surgical options are also available once diagnosis is proved.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
