Question: I have itching,burning & pain in left foot. The last 3 toes. It hurts really bad. On the under side of foot.

I have noted your symptoms. These symptoms are suggestive of peripheral neuropathy, a disease of nerves located in skin. The diagnosis can be confirmed by neurological examination and nerve conduction studies.

In addition, more information would help in diagnosis. Do you have additional symptoms such as numbness or weakness of feet? Any history of diabetes mellitus?

For symptom relief, you can take pregabalin capsules.

Please get the nerve conduction studies, vitamin B12 and D levels and thyroid profile tested and get back.
