Yes there is pain and discomfort , constant etching .There is no fluid discharge .I am not applying anything. During urination I have problem and if I pull back skin for focussed urination then there is more pain and even burning sensation from inside tube . I am diabetic type 2 and even urine passage is not with force and is not complete.
I am attaching pictures as required.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the area called candidiasis.
Please check if your partner also has any whitish discharge or itching .
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the affected area twice daily . You might a course of oral antifungals if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
Since you are also developing urine symptoms ,so you might have developed urethritis as well .
Drink lots of fluids .
In case there is painful urination ,you might need to get a urine analysis done along with a course of oral antibiotics.
Also get your blood glucose levels checked once since such infections are common during periods of increased sugars .
