Brief Answer:
Pregnancy is difficult at this stage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached report. Your ultrasound scan report is suggestive of a large complex mass - can be ovarian in origin. You need to consult a gynecologist to rule out malignancy. Do get your serum CA_125 levels measured and get an MRI scan of abdomen done to see the extent and composition of the mass.
Pregnancy is less likely.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

What do you mean by malignancy and secondly can I continue with metfomin, omega3 and clomid for fertility

Brief Answer:
Malignancy means cancerous.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The mass that has been detected appears to be cancerous. Further investigations are needed to confirm this. You can stop all the fertility medicines and get yourself investigated first.
Hope my answer is helpful.
