Suggest Treatment For Osteoporosis

Question: I have recently been diagnosed with Osteoporosis with the result that my bone density has fallen at all sites over the past five years. Since 2008 bone density has decreased by just under 12% at the spine and by 6% at the hip. I have already been taking Calcium and Vit D for the past 6 years and it has been suggested that I also take either Fosamax or aclasta intravenous infusion. I am a very active 68yr female, walking daily approx. 1 hr, take fitness classes weekly as well as running our own home. What would be your suggestion for mediation please
