I have gone through your query,In medical field the osteoporosis is treated by Orhopaedic surgeon/Physician and as such there is no separate osteoporosis specialist.My suggestion for you would be visit a nearby Orthopaedic surgeon and you may discuss the below mentioned osteoporosis treatment with him. There are options like-
1. calcitonin nasal spray (Rock bone C nasal spray).
2.Once a year injection of zoledronic acid, once a month tablet of alendronate, once a week tablet of osteophos.
3.Injection Teriparatide.
The osteoporosis may be confirmed by Bone mineral density (BMD) by dexa scan along with X ray of spine. Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitamin B12, B6.
