Brief Answer:
oral thrush can occur with use of antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Antibiotics can cause disturbance of normal bacteria in the body which can result in infections such as white coating of the tongue (fungal infection of the tongue/oral thrush).

Women may get vaginal yeast infections with antibiotics as well.

Oral thrush is treated with the use of anti fungal medication such as nystatin, fluconzole, daktarin (miconazole) or clotrimazole lozenges.

A prescription is needed for one of these agents. The length of treatment would depend somewhat on which medication is chosen.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
