Question: I smell cigarette smoke, and need one is smoking around me, been going on for months... Unless it's a spirit doing it!

What you describe could be a couple of things. One, this smell could have been imprinted in your nose from inhaling smoke in a particularly severe or traumatic time. Or, it could be an olfactory hallucination. I would visit a doctor for a nose exam, and if negative, consider seeing a psychiatrist to consider an atypical neuroleptic like Risperdal.
