Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

I'd really appreciate your thought on this, stay motivated and read below as it'll guide you further in this regard..

First of all, you should note that counselling should only be done by a registered Psychologist after examining you clinically (it's important to determine and diagnose if there's any other underlying anxiety disorder involved or not)..

There are several counselling methods available i.e. mainly in the form of relaxation therapies which suits mostly as per your description (starting from deep breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, music and aroma therapy, active/passive psychotherapy to name a few)..

You can get in touch with any psychologist as per your convenience for a thorough clinical assessment to determine the nature, cause and depth of the stress (it's extremely important in the first place as further course of management is largely based on this) and how much it's affecting your personal/ day to day life..

The counselling are done in multiple sessions and broken down in to multiple times in a weekly/monthly slot (again depending on the type of the actual stress element and how much it's affecting your day to day life)..

Meanwhile, You should not sacrifice your sleep times, so 7-8 hrs of sleep time is extremely necessary to avoid most of this stress..

Try not to think about the work life when at home, keep yourself busy with your liking and hobbies while not on duty..

You need to sleep properly (~8 hr per day), so prior to bed, I'd recommend a cold shower, half an hour of meditation with soothing music, try it, you can google for training video lesson for this before hand..

Make sure to sleep in a completely dark room devoid of any noise..

Try not to take any tea/coffee for at least 3 hrs prior to bed (practice it, it'll be worthwhile)..

Stay away from any kind of smoking/alcohol (if you do)..

If possible, early morning/evening go out for a light jogging session, you'll be feeling much better and refreshed if maintained in daily basis..

Please don't buy over the counter sedatives, as they're not only prone for more harm but also abuse potential..

I'd strongly advice you to try all those lifestyle modifications which I've already mentioned, and if still ineffective, then next step will be to consult a Psychologist for a few clinical session of relaxation therapy and active/passive counselling which are much more effective in this scenario than these medications.

Do let me know if there's any further queries.

Take Care
Kind Regards

Hey doctor.. Thanks for the reply. I have a few very complicated emotions and react very strongly to almost everything. I would like to discuss about them with a counselor maybe. It seems my expectations are way too much. And when I dont get them I feel depressed.

Thanks for following up,

Yes, certainly you should.. Complicated emotional outbursts along with those adjustability issues are best dealt by Clinical Psychologists (yes they're expertized in counselling)..

So feel free and simply go ahead with it..

My best wishes..

Brief Answer:
please talk to customer care..

Welcome back XXXXXXX
Thanks for following up,

Please talk to customer care of health care magic for this, and they'll let you know if there's any way possible..

However, you should note that the whole point of clinical psychological session involves one on one (face to face) sit down session with the psychologist in the clinic itself and multiple follow-up sessions thereafter as per the requirement (which is simply beyond the scope of any telephonic/online discussion forum)..

I hope your doubt's clear now..
