Brief Answer:
Can be muscle spasm or old fracture.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached reports. There are mild spondylottic changes in the spine- more related to posture. The pain in the thoracic midline can be due to old compression fracture deformities. A muscle spasm in the area can also cause such a pain which can be relieved with hot compress and oral muscle relaxants.
The numbness in fingers and toes can be due to low vitamin B 12 levels which can be detected with a blood test. Decreased fluid intake and electrolyte abnormalities can also cause such a problem. Proper supplements will help in symptom improvement.
I hope this answers your query.
