Brief Answer:
optimum control of diabetes, antineuralgic drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Diabetes may contribute in worsening of neuropathy symptoms, so, adequate control of it is necessary.

Besides cocodamol, in your case, since there is no sufficient improvement of symptoms, other antineuralgic drugs to control symptoms of neuropathy.

Drugs to be used for this purpose include Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Amitriptyline, etc.

Since these are all prescription drugs and to be taken under strict medical supervision in order to avoid any adverse effects, please discuss with your Doctor about their uses.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.
