Brief Answer:
I were to suspect Psoriasis

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.

Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

I have gone through the image which has been shared. I appreciate your interest. I were to suspect initial stages of Psoriasis. I were to assess the extent of involvement (hands, legs, neck etc) and treat with topical agents initially - steroid (betamethasone), keratolytics(agents which reduce scaling), agents which slow skin cell growth(calcipotriene).

In the subsequent follow ups I were to assess the response to these agents and add oral agents (low dose methotrexate) depending on the response and severity.

Antihistaminics might not be of much help since they do not address the inflammatory process.
I advise to see your dermatologist for evaluation and the discuss the treatment options explained here.

Hope this answers your query. If any further questions, will be happy to help you.

Regards.

I use calcipotriene topical solution, 0.0005% for treatment of hair loss. my dermatologist believes I have the start of frontal fibrosing alopecia. I have burning lips, sometimes they become sweollen, but not always. But always seem like I have been out in the severe cold or wind and hurt. I tend to believe this started once I started this topical solution last fall. Could this be the sing of an allergic reaction to this medication?

Hi, I am a forty year old woman and have developped psoriasis on my scalp last year and my hairdresser prescribed a shampoo and treatment which totally healed my sore scalp which i had scratched upon the first signs of symtoms. at first i didnt know what was on my scalp, i thought something sticky fell on my head and immediately realized it was my skin. At the moment I am losing alot of hair on a daily basis. Thank god my hair was always thick and i can cover it up but I am extremely concerned and not sure what to do.
