Brief Answer:
pharmacological treatment in nafld

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query

Nafld is usually caused by obesity and unhealthy fat rich diet. Here is what you should do

1. Gradual weight reduction is the best known treatment for this condition. I recommend you to watch what you are eating , make sure it is less in fat and more in proteins. Reducing the abdominal fat by various bending exercises also helps
2. I usually prescribe my patients Atorvastatin once a day in the night. I also prescribe metformin in morbidly obese individuals
3. make sure you exercise daily, I recommend cardio exercises like walking , running and swimming atleast 30 min a day

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
