Brief Answer:
Vitamin B 12 deficiency likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. By neuropathy in legs, I assume you mean tingling and numbness. Such symptoms are common in pregnancy due to changes in hormonal levels in body and due to vitamin B 12 deficiency. Cramps and weakness is also common in legs in pregnancy due to sodium disturbances in body.
I would suggest you to rest with leg end of the bed elevated, and drink plenty of water with a pinch of salt in it. Do take multivitamins with vitamin B 12 in it.
If it do not resolves in 5-6 hours, then you should consult your OBGYN for proper examination, investigations and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

It is a burning sensation in both of my feet, as if I were walking on hot concrete. Its not constant but comes and goes, especially if I am on my feet.

Brief Answer:
please consult a neurologist, if feasible

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, thanks for responding. Burning sensation in both feet is present in vitamin B12 deficiency, nerve compression or rarely due to diabetic neuropathy.
I would suggest you to consult a neurologist so that you can be properly evaluated, nerve conduction studies, blood tests and MRI, if required, can be done and appropriate treatment can be given.
