Question: Neuropathic pain in right testicle...
Had a nerve block two months ago which brought pain down to mere 1/10 niggle...

But it's back now...feels like pinched nerve....?

Yes, most likely your symptoms are caused by a pinched or compressed nerve, at the nerve exit from vertebral column or during the nerve pathway.

Evaluation of lumbosacral spinal cord and nerves with MRI is needed first to assess correctly the diagnosis.

Nerve blocks could be repeated up to three times with a time gap of one month, if necessary.
