Suggest treatment for needle like pain in toes

Question: Needle like pain in toes-unbearable about 6 am - lasted 45 min yesterday. Massaged with pain med, walked, etc. Nothing helped - soaked tonight - already feel the problem coming on this AM - suggestions?XXXX
