Question: My son has a crick in his neck, I think, and can't move it to one side because he says it's too painful what can I do for him besides rushing him to the hospital?

I think you should apply neck collar to her first. It will prevent any damage to her neck.
Do not do any massage, or rub any cream. Also do not do unnecessary delay.
Show her to emergency as early as possible.
