Suggest Treatment For Neck Spasms And Shoulder Pain

Question: Hello..ok I'm a stylist very busy...went to a chiropractor. .get adjusted next day couldn't move my neck been going to this chiropractor for some time now..had to go to a doctor when I. Couldn't move my neck..muscle spasms I am no baby I begged the doctor to not make me move my neck cried in pain my shoulder on the right side I feel the pain neck rotary cup ect but massage therapist the chiropractor doctors say my left is the worst how can my right shoulder hurt more than my left if I use my right more..??and what could be wrong?
