Suggest Treatment For Nausea

Question: Currently in Mexico had a bout of TD & vomited shakes etc...for approx 3 days still completely miserable with abd pain from the navel upward, nausea comes and goes have tried to eat keeping hydrated using PeptoBis minimal temp relief.
Any other suggestions as I depart Monday and don't want to visit an ER here.

I would recommend in such case to take Ondansetron mouth dissolving tablet for relief from vomitings.
Along with this take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
