Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Vomiting And Diarrhea

Question: Hi, yesterday evening I feel nauseous and vomited on the bus while on my way home, very embarrassing. at home i vomited 2 more times. After that, I had watery stool like urine when i do a number 2. the worst thing is after that while I was dressed, I felt a fart is coming out but when I tried to release the fart, the urine like stool came out instead. This happen everytime I think it was a fart. Will I be like this all my life?

Nausea, vomiting and watery stool all could indicate you have got a stomach bug.
Stool analysis may be done for confirmation.

You can take Tab ZOFRAN 4mg to get relief from nausea and vomiting.
Take probiotic supplements to faster relief from loose stools.
If the loose stools show blood and mucus or if the stool analysis show bacterial infection you may have to take a course of antibiotics.

Take BRAT diet ( Banana, Rice, Apple sauce , Toast).
Drink enough fluids to remain well hydrated.
Good urine output and moist tongue are indicators of good hydration.

Increased farting could be due to the infection and it would decrease with the treatment mentioned above including the symptom of having loose stool while trying to fart.
