Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to a viral upper respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through your query. Let me assure that there is no reason to think that doctors would not be able to treat you. In fact, I think that you possibly have a simple viral infection which is responsible for the cough and cold. Alongside, you possibly have some gastroesophageal reflux which is responsible for your nausea. Your nausea could also be precipitated by the phlegm/mucus around your throat, since excessive mucus associated with the allergic irritation could be precipitating the gag reflex which make your feel like vomiting (nauseous).

Since such infections are frequently associated with an allergic component and it is advisable to take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for next few days. You need to take steam inhalation. It helps in reducing the congestion. The water vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the cough and thus would provide relief. You may need to take paracetamol or acetaminophen (Crocin or Tylenol) to relieve the body ache.

Please be patient. It may take a few days for the recovery to occur. It should spontaneously resolve in 5-7 days.

Hopefully that would help. Feel free to write back in case of further queries.

Regards
