Question: I vomited last night. I think it was because I was hungry for 2-3 hours in the evening which made me gastric and lead to vomit accompanied by acute headache. Today, I only had fruit and fresh fruit juice as I thought it would be easy on my digestive system and made sure I do not stay hungry. By evening, I am feeling nauseatic again. Please help how I cure this and why is it happening gain and gain on the first place.

Brief Answer:
you need evaluation if symptoms persists...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From what you reported, you seemed to have two episodes of nausea/vomiting randomly for couple of days. It seems to be secondary to acute headaches. Now, since you have had similar headaches in the past, these symptoms are most likely the results of chronic headache. Nevertheless if you the headaches continue to persists or if you have fresh symptoms such as fever, it needs to be evaluated. A brain scan and routine blood test are couple of test you will need along with detailed physical examination.

At the moment, you may use over the counter pain medication such as crocin pain relief or tab dolo 650mg once. Antacids and domperidone can be used to treat nausea. Your local pharmacist will know about the aforementioned drugs. Continue to take plenty of fluids and low spicy diet. And yes, do not miss food. Stress and fasting can aggravate chronic headaches. So make sure you sleep well and don't go hungry.

Keep me informed about how you feel tomorrow and we can plan the next step of action accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Regards
