It looks like it is a viral gastrointestinal infection. In general it has 1 day of vomiting and around 7 days with diarrhea.
During this time it is important to drink plenty of fluids (small amounts each time but very often so total more then 3 liters/day). Also, take the medicine for nausea only if needed. Take a diet with Banana, Rice, Apples and Toast. Avoid milk. All this diet will help you substitute the components you are losing from the diarrhea.
Take a painkiller for the neck pain, after food. It has been caused because of sleeping in a bed position most probably.
If you have a stool with mucus or blood, then you should go and see again your local doctor because that means that you may need an antibiotic that he can prescribe.
