Question: Why am so nausus and why is my sense of smell off?

The condition you have mentioned can be caused by variety of causes including nerve involvements to exposure to chemicals or drugs which which are local sensory irritants but the most common causes in our day to day life is upper respiratory tract infections specially the one involving the mucosa of nose or rhinitis which can be infective or allergic. Using anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine and decongestants nasal sprays alongwith a course of antibiotics like augmentin or azithromycin usually help to get over the attack after few days.
