Brief Answer:
Seems to be a sinus infection. Needs proper medical care as discussed.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Probabilities:-
You seem to have Paranasal Sinus infection. Allergic reaction is the main cause for the same.
Other causes may also be there like:
Nasal septal deviation/defect.
Nasal polyps.

Management (you may need prescription from local physician for some of the medications):-

Take Excedrin Extra strength by mouth. It will relieve you body aches and muscle pains.
Take Ebastine for allergy relief. Fexofenadine is an alternative.
For stomach take Levosulpiride/Lansoperazole combination before breakfast and dinner.
Take Surbex-Z for best of the relief from tiredness and weakness.
Take plenty of water and keep balanced healthy diet.
Take fruits, vegetables and salads. Salmon is good for you.
Avoid fried and junk foods, beverages and caffeinated drinks, energy drinks, caffeine and alcohol.
Take a nights calm sleep and remain active in the day.
Take Saline nasal spray and Nasonex nasal spray and apply in both the nostrils 3 times a day.
Take XXXXXXX warm water with salt in it and do nasal douches with it 4 times a day to get relief of musty smell and nasal stuffiness.
Take a Warm Mist Vaporizer and keep it ON in your bedroom with Vicks Pads in it. It will give you a soothing and calming sleep with an ease to the airways.

Sometimes we need to start an antibiotic in such cases and I usually prefer to prescribe Azithromycin once daily for a week for the same.

If you feel nothing is working well for you consult an Ottorhinolaryngologist for the proper evaluation and treatment. It may be deviated nasal septum or the nasal polyps and may need surgical correction.
